The European Erasmus+ project "Cascade" enables small and medium-sized enterprises to develop an innovative approach to the circular economy and digital solutions.

The circular economy and the "green transition" must go hand in hand with digitization. Digital service companies can create a significant impact if they start developing digital products and services for the circular economy.

The main aim of the Erasmus+ CASCADE project is to empower SMEs offering digital services to develop innovative IT-based circular economy solutions.

A training program has been set up to help SMEs develop their project and put together an application that will enable them to benefit from funding. In total, the training will last 10 weeks and will target the complete lifecycle of circular projects

5 training models

The training program comprises five modules:

  1. Inspiring and breaking barriers for the circular economy
  2. Systemic innovation method
  3. Financing and financing options
  4. Basics of project management
  5. Managing an application
